Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Savory Flavorist to join our team at Silesia International GmbH (Holding). As a key member of our flavor development team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious savory flavors for various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new savory flavors, either proactively or based on customer projects, considering legal and customer requirements and company policies.
  • Lead customer and internal projects related to flavor creation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, driving innovation and growth.
  • Support the upscaling of flavors upon request, ensuring efficient and cost-effective production.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute presentations for internal and external clients.
  • Provide technical training for customers and internal teams, enhancing their knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to defining and executing innovation projects, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Support other departments on flavor creation-related topics, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
  • Expertise in developing savory flavors for various markets, with a deep understanding of flavor chemistry and consumer preferences.
  • Strong knowledge of raw materials relevant to savory flavors, including their properties and applications.
  • Good understanding of reaction flavors and their role in savory flavor creation.
  • Excellent understanding of relevant legislations, ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Willingness to travel, with occasional international assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply it to daily work.
  • Good understanding of flavor-relevant production methods, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing.
  • Expertise in developing flavors for different encapsulation technologies, driving innovation and growth.
