About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager - Transportation Specialist to join our team at ABOUT YOU. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our logistics network, coordinating with national and international logistics partners, and developing strategic recommendations for action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitoring of existing transport processes
  • Presentation and evaluation of relevant KPIs
  • Preparation and implementation of analyses and planning for the operational management of our transport service providers
  • Analysing operational business drivers and deriving measures to optimise the customer experience
  • Working closely with national and international companies / cooperation partners in the fields of logistics & fashion
  • Ensuring our high quality standards
  • Checking the content of monthly invoices, clarifying invoice discrepancies and continuously improving invoicing processes

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on logistics
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the management of transport service providers and/or logistics
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to comprehend quickly, strong initiative and goal-orientation
  • Analytical thinking and numerical skills
  • Assertiveness and an open-minded demeanour
