About the Role
As a Regional Logistics Manager at Nexperia, you will be responsible for leading the Europe (UK & EU) Regional Logistics, Transportation & Warehouse Operations. You will be part of our Supply Chain Management Organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics integration across all Nexperia business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and identify process gaps to develop solutions that enhance logistics operations performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistics integration and reduce costs.
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective freight management and logistics operations.
- Manage 3rd party service providers and ensure efficient operations are executed as per agreement and KPIs.
- Lead the logistics team and manage the entire organizational and technical area.
- Ensure compliance with SoX Control, Audit Management, and Logistics Budgeting & Cost Distribution.
- Manage Europe Return Store, Import/Export Customs Clearance Operations, and Inventories & Destructions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation in a freight forwarding business in an international environment.
- Functional expert of ERP applications, knowledge in SAP WM/MM/SD.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Business fluent in English and German.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility and perseverance.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
