Senior Program Manager Position at Sunfire

Sunfire is a global leader in industrial electrolyzers, producing green hydrogen and syngas for sustainable energy transformation. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for complex development initiatives, collaborating with the Program Sponsor to define project and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership of development programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Technical project management, navigating complex engineering challenges and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic program coordination, preparing and implementing programs across multiple disciplines.
  • Operational excellence in program management, tracking program progress and developing recovery plans.
  • Program deliverables management, overseeing and reporting key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or Science, such as Physics, Chemistry, or Materials.
  • Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience in a high-tech industry, specifically focusing on complex product development programs.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
