Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Commercial Project Manager, der die Verantwortung für die kaufmännische Abwicklung von Großprojekten übernimmt. Der Senior Commercial Project Manager muss insgesamt die kaufmännische Abwicklung von den Großprojekten verantworten und sich u.a. um das Claim Management, Controlling und um das Reporting zum kaufmännischen Geschäftsführer kümmern.
Aufgaben und Verantwortungen- Verantwortung für alle kaufmännischen projektbezogenen Themen und die kaufmännische Optimierung des Projektes
- Steuerung und Überwachung aller kaufmännischen Ressourcen und Agenden im Projekt (Einkauf, Projektcontrolling, Terminplanung)
- Sicherstellung und inhaltliche Verantwortung des zeitnahen und qualitativ erforderlichen Projektreportings und des Projekt-Cash-Flow-Managements
- Erstellung von Budget und Forecast - Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-/Vierteljahres-/Jahresabschlüssen
- Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter zwecks Erreichung der Projektziele bzw. deren Optimierung
- Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und Forderungsmanagement
- Sparringspartner für den Projektleiter, funktionale Berichtslinie zum Leiter des kaufmännischen Projektmanagements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurtechnik
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großprojekten
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (HGB, BGB, international) und IFRS (USGAAP)
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
