About the Role

KYOCERA AVX Components (Munich) GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Dresden. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and programs to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to determine market potential and drive sales growth
  • Liaise with sales, customer service, and authorized representatives to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and control plant performance to achieve required standards
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and programs

Requirements

  • University degree in a STEM-related discipline
  • Several years of experience in a product manager position, preferably with connectors
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, fluent German language skills preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally within Europe
