KYOCERA AVX Components (Munich) GmbH is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and management of projects and programs within our Connector product line. This role will be responsible for developing marketing plans and programs to determine the present and future market potential of all products assigned, as well as ensuring the continuity and timely completion of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and programs to drive business growth and revenue
  • Liaise between marketing and sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and control plant performance and recommend changes required to achieve the required standards
  • Ensure the effective management of projects and programs to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • University degree in a STEM-related discipline, e.g. Mechanical Engineering
  • Several years of experience in a product manager position, preferably with connectors
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken, fluent German language skills preferred
  • Willingness to travel internationally within Europe
