Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partner Account Manager to join our team at STARFACE GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and innovative in our sales approach
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including account management and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
