About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead our App area in developing innovative mobile applications that enhance the healthcare experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the mobile/app area, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and team collaboration.

About your tasks:

  • Take ownership of the App area, ensuring seamless cross-functional team collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Collaborate across product areas to address dependencies and facilitate interactions among teams.
  • Empower Product Owners within your area, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Build strategy and conduct product discovery, encouraging a user-centered approach.

About you:

  • Product ownership experience, with a strong focus on customer-facing products with high complexity and dependencies.
  • Language skills: proficiency in German is required for collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders and team members.
  • People development: you have led a team of Product Owners or Product Managers, with strong listening skills and ability to provide necessary support.
  • Ways of working: experience working with cross-functional software development teams, applying agile principles to daily work.
  • User focus: you are passionate about user research, including shadowing and interviewing users.
  • Stakeholder management: track record of building strong connections with stakeholders at various levels of the company hierarchy.
