We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant for Bakery Products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Presentation and Sales: Present our bakery products in an appealing way and provide expert advice to customers to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Product Management: Maintain excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Show expertise in handling bakery products, including their ingredients, nutritional content, and preparation methods.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to engage customers and drive sales, including offering promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure correct pricing and monitor product quality to maintain high standards and prevent stockouts.
  • Inventory Management: Check incoming products for quality and completeness to ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail or bakery sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for retail and customer interaction, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and develop, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
