We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Bakery at REWE.
About the RoleAs a Sales Associate - Bakery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our bakery products to customers. Your primary goal will be to create a positive shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they leave our store satisfied and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our bakery products, including bread, pastries, and other sweet treats.
- Ensure a visually appealing store display, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and returns.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, working closely with the store management team.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, showcasing our products in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
