Job Title: Backshop Sales Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Backshop team at REWE. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, providing expert advice, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation: Maintain excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness of our bakery products.
- Customer Service: Provide expert advice, offer excellent customer service, and engage with customers to drive sales.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, price products accurately, and check incoming merchandise for quality and completeness.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Background: Previous experience in retail, preferably in a bakery or sales environment.
- Skills: Strong customer focus, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Education: No specific education required, but a willingness to learn and develop skills is essential.
