The Selling Partner Abuse team is responsible for formulating and executing policies, tools, and technological advancements aimed at safeguarding customers.

We are in search of a Risk Management Specialist to oversee significant global incidents and escalations.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about ensuring that customers can make informed purchasing choices and that brand owners and sellers on Amazon thrive in listing and marketing their products.
Your decisions are pivotal not only in protecting customers and sellers but also in sustaining the integrity of the Amazon catalog and product listings ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a successful history of establishing program strategies that yield tangible results.
- Lead and assist teams in addressing, investigating, managing, and resolving high-stakes incidents and escalations related to product authenticity (counterfeit, trademark, copyright) and safety concerns.
- Take a proactive role in drafting and presenting comprehensive reports, including responses for senior leadership and Correction of Errors (COE) documentation.
- Evaluate existing policy and procedural deficiencies, and devise solutions to address them.
- Oversee and/or manage projects aimed at enhancing operational and procedural efficiency, which will involve data assessment and extensive collaboration with external teams.
- Vigilantly monitor media and global occurrences to foresee and mitigate potential risks, utilizing data to analyze trends and proactively resolve issues.
- Exercise high-level judgment to manage our most complex enforcement decisions.

- Professional auditing qualifications or similar risk or compliance certifications.
- Familiarity with SQL and Excel.
- Background in research and investigative skills or a related field.
