We're looking for a Risk Manager to join our team and take ownership of critical and high-impact global events and escalations. As a Risk Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving high-impact incidents and escalations related to product authenticity and safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies to deliver results
- Lead and support teams in responding to, investigating, managing, and resolving high-impact incidents and escalations
- Draft and present deep-dive documents, including responses to senior executives and Correction of Errors (COE) reports
- Analyze existing policy and process gaps and develop solutions to close them
- Own and/or manage projects designed to improve operational and process efficiency
- Closely monitor media and global events to anticipate and mitigate potential risks
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
- Experience with SQL and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with research and investigation skills or equivalent
