Senior Audience Manager, Reactivations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audience Manager to join our team in a dynamic phase of expansion. As a key member of our customer-centric and data-led department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of our International Reactivations Strategy and driving effective communications to our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of the Reactivations Strategy across International Markets, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Scope and lead the implementation of initiatives according to the Reactivations Strategy.
- Own a set of markets, including forecasting quarterly targets for conversions and marketing spend.
- Own and develop rigorous AB testing strategies across international markets.
- Enable close partnership and alignment with local teams and product teams.
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, in partnership with Marketing Analytics team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, sharing insights with the wider Marketing and Product teams, and using these insights to steer marketing strategy.
- Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis.
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on rational reasoning.
- You have relevant experience in the CRM field. Experience with Direct Mail and subscription models would be a plus.
- You are focused on customer centricity and optimizing customer engagement.
- You excel using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
- You feel comfortable devising your own strategy and communicating your vision to stakeholders.
- You have experience in forecasting and budget management.
- You are comfortable managing a large pool of stakeholders from different seniority levels.
