Senior Audience Manager, Reactivation Strategist

HelloFresh is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audience Manager to play a key role in the implementation of our International Reactivations Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving effective communications to our customer base and supporting the development of the Reactivations Strategy across International Markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Support the development of the Reactivations Strategy across International Markets, in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Initiative Implementation: Scope and lead the implementation of initiatives according to the Reactivations Strategy.
- Market Ownership: Own a set of markets, including forecasting quarterly targets for conversions and marketing spend.
- AB Testing: Develop and own rigorous AB testing strategies across international markets.
- Partnership and Alignment: Enable close partnership and alignment with local teams and product teams.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis, in partnership with Marketing Analytics team.
- Customer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, sharing insights with the wider Marketing and Product teams, and using these insights to steer marketing strategy.
- Campaign Support: Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis.
- Data Analysis: You are able to analyse data and make decisions based on rational reasoning.
- CRM Experience: You have relevant experience in the CRM field, with experience in Direct Mail and subscription models a plus.
- Customer Centricity: You are focused on customer centricity and optimising customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You excel using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions.
- Strategy Communication: You feel comfortable devising your own strategy and communicating your vision to stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Budget Management: You have experience in forecasting and budget management.
- Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable managing a large pool of stakeholders from different seniority levels.
