Senior Audience Manager, Reactivations

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Audience Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving effective communications to our customer base and maximising profit through the implementation of our International Reactivations Strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development of the Reactivations Strategy across International Markets, in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Scope and lead the implementation of initiatives according to the Reactivations Strategy
- Own a set of markets, including forecasting quarterly targets for conversions and marketing spend
- Develop and own rigorous AB testing strategies across international markets
- Enable close partnership and alignment with local teams and product teams
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis, in partnership with Marketing Analytics team
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, sharing insights with the wider Marketing and Product teams, and using these insights to steer marketing strategy
- Support Campaign Management team with campaign implementation process, from kick-off to post-mortem analysis
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on rational reasoning
- Relevant experience in the CRM field, with experience in Direct Mail and subscription models a plus
- Focus on customer centricity and optimising customer engagement
- Ability to excel using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and drive decisions
- Comfortable devising own strategy and communicating vision to stakeholders
- Experience in forecasting and budget management
- Comfortable managing a large pool of stakeholders from different seniority levels
