About the Role:

  • Deliver sprint tasks aligned with our Cloud IAM strategic plan to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Integrate Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) capabilities with our central Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Design lifecycle processes for service accounts and principals with governance to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards to protect our business operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate Identity and Access Management/Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) solutions and ensure seamless operation.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and enforce the principle of Least Privilege to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive IAM/PAM documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Provide guidance on IAM/PAM matters and support audit activities to ensure compliance and security.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM/PAM projects, with a strong focus on Cloud Security.
  • In-depth knowledge of commonly used IAM and/or PAM solutions, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure IAM services.
  • Hands-on experience with Secrets Management, CIEM, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Good presentation and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
