About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team at Deutsche Börse AG. As a key member of our Group Security department, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and improving our Identity and Access Management landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Identity and Access Management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
  • Design and implement lifecycle processes for service accounts and principals, ensuring effective governance and access control.
  • Integrate Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) capabilities with central Identity and Access Management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate Identity and Access Management solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and ensure enforcement of Least Privilege principles.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on Identity and Access Management-related matters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management projects.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Microsoft Azure Identity and Access Management services.
  • Knowledge of Secrets Management, Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM), and Zero Trust principles.
  • Experience in handling Identity and Access Management-related audits.
  • Good understanding of SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
