Identity and Access Management IT Professional Role at KION Information Management Services GmbH

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our Identity and Access Management team at KION Information Management Services GmbH. As an IT Consultant, you will play a key role in managing our SaaS provider for functions like Identity Governance, User Lifecycle Management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the management of our SaaS provider, ensuring seamless Identity Governance, User Lifecycle Management, and other related functions.
  • Support the development and maintenance of role models and access models in our KION and Cloud environments to ensure security compliance.
  • Define and maintain policies for Identity and Access Management, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage incidents and resolve issues related to Identity and Access Management, ensuring minimal disruption to our services.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance our Identity and Access Management capabilities.
  • Implement Identity Intelligence features to monitor access levels and ensure security.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT or a related field, or relevant IT certifications.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management systems like One Identity, CyberArk, and others.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts in complex organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and technologies.
  • Good knowledge of authentication methods and IAM technologies.
  • Structured and customer-focused approach to work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English.
