Wenham Carter Group is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Consultant to join their team in Germany. As a key member of the IAM team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the SaaS provider's operational functions, including identity governance and administration, user lifecycle management, recertification campaigns, and segregation of duties policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement role-based access models in cloud environments to enforce the 'need to know' and 'least privilege' principle.
  • Design and optimize identity and access management lifecycle processes.
  • Define and maintain policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for identity and access management, taking into account current legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Provide incident management and problem-solving support.
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions and issues with access management tools.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or economics with a focus on computer science or completed training in an IT environment.
  • Experience in identity and access management systems, such as One Identity, Omada, CyberArk, or Sail Point, with a cloud environment being an advantage.
  • Proven experience in information security with a focus on identity and access management in a complex organization with decentralized structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing IAM platforms.
  • Good understanding of authentication methods and key IAM technologies used in cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity lifecycle and service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment, with proficiency in German and English.
