Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all daily operations are executed with exceptional quality and efficiency, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
- Service Delivery: Supervise and manage daily operations in Berlin, serving as the primary point of contact for drivers and partners.
- Process Improvement: Analyze metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize operations and drive growth.
- Issue Resolution: Prioritize and resolve operational issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team to enhance operational processes, drive growth, and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in team-oriented environments.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with drivers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- A valid driver's license in Germany (B class preferred).
