Ihre Aufgaben

Als Fachkraft für Employer Branding sind Sie verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung einer umfassenden Employer Branding-Strategie, die die Arbeitgeberattraktivität und Awareness in allen relevanten Zielgruppen stärkt.

  • Entwickeln Sie eine Strategie, um die Marke Viega GmbH & Co. KG als attraktiven Arbeitgeber zu positionieren.
  • Erstellen Sie zielgruppenspezifische Personalmarketingmaßnahmen und Kampagnenkonzepte, um die Arbeitgeberpräsenz und Reichweite auszubauen.
  • Planen und erstellen Sie Content für unsere Online-Kommunikationskanäle, um die Marke Viega GmbH & Co. KG zu stärken.
  • Messen und analysieren Sie die Ergebnisse von Aktivitäten und leiten daraus Maßnahmen ab.
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann für Karriere- und Personalmarketing, der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ein vereinbares Studium.
  • Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Erfahrung im Bereich (Personal-) Marketing, Kommunikation und/oder Employer Branding.
  • Eine hohe Eigenverantwortung und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität.
  • Eine hohe analytische Denkweise sowie eine sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Einzelne zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation und sehr gute Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnisse.
