Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant to join our German team. The successful candidate will deliver executive search mandates from start to finish for Board and C-suite roles across various functions, working with prominent organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of executive search and market analysis assignments through self-generated market intelligence, including telephone contact with candidates and clients, face-to-face meetings, and market research.
- Generating and attending meetings with Partners and Directors to discuss potential and ongoing assignments.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to C-suite level.
- Organizing client events and working with marketing to produce value-add materials, including market updates and pitch documents.
Requirements
- Experience within a retained executive search environment and a credible track record of client delivery.
- Demonstrable growth and progression within previous positions.
- The enthusiasm and drive to build relationships with a growing network of senior stakeholders.
- Commercially astute with the ability to negotiate and a track record in deal closing.
- An understanding of the importance of data for improving business performance.
- Conscientious and organized with high attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills.
