Regional Marketing Specialist DACH

Your Mission

As a Field Marketing Manager at Pointsharp, you play a pivotal role in planning and executing regional marketing strategies that drive success. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of a dynamic team that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will develop and deliver quarterly Field Marketing plans for the DACH region, aligning sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Additionally, you will develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with partners in the region, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Furthermore, you will design and execute demand generation marketing programs, including third-party hosted events, Pointsharp hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and email marketing.
  • You will also forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles, analyzing program results and optimizing as needed.
  • Moreover, you will own the planning and execution of vertical-based marketing, including Account Based Marketing programs that penetrate key accounts in the region.
  • Lastly, you will maintain ongoing communications and serve as the go-to marketing resource for regional sales leaders, sales reps, and regional partners.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in a high-performance marketing department.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • You will work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams with different objectives and personalities.
  • Strong affinity to the German software market, in addition to the Austrian and Swiss markets.
  • You have excellent communications skills, orally and in writing, including presenting.
  • German native language and fluent English.
