Business Development Associate

As a key member of the INF eG team, you will play a vital role in supporting our founders with their projects and day-to-day operations. This includes back-office management, financial tasks, business development, research, and sales execution/automation. You will have opportunities to work on preparing pitches, supporting startup contest applications, and assisting in various aspects of sales development and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the co-founders to support their diverse projects.
  • Execute sales and automate sales processes to drive business growth.
  • Manage back-office operations and handle financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Initiate new projects to benefit the company and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • Near completion of a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master's degree in economics or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Jira, and LinkedIn.
  • Involvement in extracurricular activities and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent self-organization skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for hands-on tasks.
