About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student to join our Talent Development team as a Working Student Talent Development. In this role, you will support the development of our global talent management strategy and contribute to the implementation of our mentoring program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and requirement profiles to support our talent development initiatives
  • Support the introduction of our new global job architecture and contribute to the development of our training offering
  • Collaborate with our HR team to implement our global mentoring program and develop sub-projects to drive talent development
  • Contribute to the development of our talent management strategy and support the implementation of our organizational development initiatives
Requirements
  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of psychology, sociology, social pedagogy, or a comparable degree program
  • Initial practical experience in talent development or human resources development within a manufacturing company
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to work independently
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Good MS-Office skills
