Job Title: Lead Knowledge Analyst

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst at The Boston Consulting Group, you will play a critical role in delivering value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to proposals and cases through thought partnership in your area of expertise
  • Deliver original analyses and insights to drive strong impact with clients
  • Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, working with business leaders to provide insights and advice for proposals and client workshops
  • Lead the development of intellectual property and assets for the business
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise
Requirements:
  • 3+ years consulting experience in the banking industry (strongly preferred)
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding and expertise in banking with exposure to topics such as process optimization and digitization, Generative AI use cases, cost & efficiency benchmarking, customer service models, and operating model review
  • Fluency in English and German
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work face-to-face with clients and with BCG Managing Directors, Partners, Principals, Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants as well as with other Knowledge team members from different banking segments.

In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients as well as develop intellectual property.
