Job Title: Senior Knowledge Analyst - Payments

Join The Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Knowledge Analyst in our Payments and FinTech Practice Area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments and broader financial services industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality knowledge assets and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the payments and financial services industry, including trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to develop and deliver knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory services to clients.
  • Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Payments and FinTech Practice Area.
  • Contribute to commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, including marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.
  • Assist with on-boarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, as well as sharing best practices within the team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments.
  • Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
