As a Lead Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation within the Financial Institutions Practice Area. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to proposals and cases through thought partnership and original analyses
  • Develop and deliver intellectual property and marketing assets, such as publications
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise
  • Support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector working with business leaders
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to clients

Requirements:
  • 3+ years consulting experience in the banking industry (strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years minimum industry experience (in lieu of consulting experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding and expertise in banking with exposure to topics such as process optimization and digitization
  • Fluency in English and German

This is an exciting opportunity to work face-to-face with clients and BCG Managing Directors, Partners, Principals, Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. You will have the chance to develop intellectual property and assets for the business, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to commercialization efforts.
