As a Lead Knowledge Analyst at Boston Consulting Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers value to clients through individual expertise and institutionalized knowledge assets. Your role will involve contributing to proposals and cases through thought partnership, delivering original analyses and insights that drive strong impact with clients. You will also support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, working with business leaders to provide insights and advice for proposals and client workshops.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge in the banking industry, with a focus on process optimization, digitization, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of internal and external clients
  • Lead the development of intellectual property and assets for the business, including publications and data tools
  • Mentor and guide junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and client team members to deliver targeted communication and solutions

Requirements
  • 3+ years consulting experience in the banking industry, or 4+ years minimum industry experience with a strong understanding of banking and financial services
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with advanced degree preferred
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English and German
