Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in Sales, particularly in Acquisition.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
  • A background in Engineering or Technical education is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing the commercial strategy for the distribution transformers sector.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Conducting market research to gather insights on market dynamics, trends, competitors, and technology requirements.
  • Providing strategic insights on technical solutions, competitive positioning, pricing, and innovation during the proposal phase.
  • Establishing and ensuring adherence to the pricing strategy while being accountable for achieving sales targets.
  • Gaining in-depth technical knowledge of distribution transformer offerings and comprehensive market understanding.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate the development and delivery of new products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Engaging in industry trade shows and association meetings.
  • Evaluating the performance of various sales channels to implement necessary adjustments for enhanced sales growth.

Additional Information:

  • Willingness to travel is required, potentially up to 50% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive base salary with the potential for a yearly bonus of up to 30%.
