Key Responsibilities

∙ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targeted profit margins within the designated market;

∙ Maintain consistency in processing production orders to ensure customer satisfaction;

∙ Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives;

∙ Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients to showcase offerings;

∙ Record, update, and manage customer interactions within the CRM system for effective tracking;

∙ Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Additional Information:

• Willingness to travel for business, with an expectation of at least 50% of working hours spent on the road;

• Flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally;

Qualifications

∙ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales;

∙ Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field);

∙ Eagerness to learn about technical product features for effective sales presentations;

∙ Proven track record in selling complex equipment to end users;

∙ Experience managing large-scale projects in the B2B sector, particularly involving intricate solutions;

∙ Commitment to long-term sales initiatives for sustained growth;

∙ Proficient in English; knowledge of Bulgarian is advantageous;

∙ Strong technical understanding and foundational knowledge of the energy sector and/or electrical systems;

∙ Exceptional communication and presentation skills in a business context;

∙ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently;

∙ Positive attitude, resilience in overcoming challenges, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
