Key Responsibilities

∙ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targeted profitability within the designated region;

∙ Maintain consistency in processing production orders to ensure operational efficiency;

∙ Cultivate and sustain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives;

∙ Conduct product demonstrations for potential clients to showcase offerings;

∙ Regularly input, update, and manage customer interactions within the CRM platform;

∙ Foster and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.

Additional Information:

• Willingness to travel for business, approximately 50% of the time;

• Flexibility to operate both domestically and internationally;

Qualifications

∙ Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales environment;

∙ Bachelor's degree required (preferably in a technical field);

∙ Eagerness to learn the technical aspects of products for effective sales;

∙ Proven track record in selling complex equipment to end-users;

∙ Experience managing large-scale projects in the B2B sector, particularly with intricate solutions;

∙ Commitment to executing long-term sales initiatives;

∙ Proficient in English; knowledge of Bulgarian is advantageous;

∙ Strong technical understanding and foundational knowledge of the energy sector and/or electrical systems;

∙ Exceptional communication and presentation skills in a business context;

∙ Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently;

∙ Positive attitude, resilience in overcoming challenges, and motivation for a dynamic sales environment.
