About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Moxa. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in the Industrial Automation market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base in the Industrial Automation market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales of networking and computing solutions to the Industrial Automation ecosystem.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional European languages a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Goal-oriented and organized, with a strong understanding of the Industrial Automation market and its key players.
