We're seeking an exceptional Entrepreneur in Residence to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive growth at Cardino, a pioneering startup revolutionizing the used EV market.

Celebrating its innovative spirit, Cardino was launched in 2022 with a vision to facilitate seamless buying and selling of pre-owned electric vehicles. Our elite team comprises seasoned professionals from Berlin's vibrant startup scene, boasting experience at top firms like McKinsey, BCG, Rocket Internet, and Auto1.

**Job Description**

This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned professional to collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. As our Entrepreneur in Residence, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction, driving new projects, and representing Cardino in key negotiations and partnerships.

**Responsibilities**
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute key strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a sparring partner for C-Level executives, providing insights and guidance on strategic decisions.
  • Liaise between departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.
  • Represent Cardino in high-stakes negotiations and partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes.
  • Drive new project ventures (Zero to 1) with C-Level executives.
**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-6 years of experience in demanding environments, such as MBB consulting, investment banking, or fast-growing startups.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights from data and craft actionable strategies.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to multitask, manage complex projects, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
