About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Account Manager to join our Strategic Vertical Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and design funnel growth for a Strategic Industrial Account worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth and design wins
  • Directly responsible for driving opportunity discovery, design-in, and design win revenue conversion
  • Collaborate with internal sales resources and distribution sales teams to drive new design activity
  • Accurately track and forecast revenue on a monthly basis
  • Drive design wins directly and with distribution
  • Work with Field Application Engineers (FAE) and manage technical resources across multiple Business Units
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to increase market share
Requirements
  • Engineering degree preferred, with a strong technical background
  • Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation, with a results-driven approach
  • Strong technical background with a record of successful history working with direct accounts
  • +5 years technical and executive selling experience required, preferably with global strategic accounts
  • Experience in Project Management and working with cross-functional international teams
  • Fluent in English and German
