Job Summary

Wir suchen eine motivierte und engagierte Praktikantin für unseren Bereich Organizational Development & Human Resources. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du wichtige Aufgaben im Personalmanagement und Recruiting übernehmen und deine Ideen einbringen.

Responsibilities

  • Unterstützung der HR Business Partner im Tagesgeschäft
  • Recruiting und Screening von Bewerbungen
  • Bedarfsanalyse und Vorstellungsgespräche
  • Arbeitsrechtliche Themen und Personalmanagement

Requirements

  • Sehr gute Studienleistung in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Bachelor-/ Masterstudium
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Personalmanagement
  • Gute analytische, konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP HCM
