Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at uCastMe GmbH. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other business tools and technologies.
Language Skills: Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1-C2).
