- Customer Value Proposition: Define the customer value proposition that is sustainable and differentiated, and be the resident expert on the competition.
- Leadership: Lead large-scale projects, build new products from the ground up, and make data-driven decisions.
- Portfolio Optimization: Clean up the portfolio to reduce complexity and company costs.
- Product Roadmaps: Develop, maintain, and win acceptance of roadmaps that define product lines strategy, platforms that are flexible and meet the needs of various customer segments.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with key customers of different channels to scan current, future, and unspoken requirements.
- Competitive Analysis: Determine competitive advantages and key success factors.
- Support and Training: Support product training and other sales enablement activities.
- Exhibitions and Events: Help organize and participate in local and international exhibitions/shows.
- Interface with Departments: Interface with MarCom, engineering, manufacturing, and sales departments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, MS/MBA highly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 10+ years' experience in a similar role in commercial water or HVAC or BAS industry in an international environment.
- Skills: Able to set priorities, cope with stress and deadlines, proven track record in delivering results and/or managing new product introduction and product lifecycle, combine business acumen with technical insights, leadership skills, detail and process-oriented, multitasker, commercial-driven, excellent team-player with a great attitude as team-leader in a multicultural environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, both oral and written.
