Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to spearhead the evolution of our flagship product, octoplant. As a visionary leader, you will refine and drive the product vision with customers and our product and development teams, taking end-to-end ownership of the productization process. Your strategic acumen and passion for Automated Production will catalyze our mission to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Craft and convey the strategic vision for our core OT data management solution, ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, emphasizing features that bring value to automated production processes
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to translate insights from automated production into compelling product features and enhancements
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to validate product strategies and incorporate user feedback
  • Stay abreast of trends and technologies in the automated production sector to inform product innovation
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's or PhD degree is preferable
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager
  • Interest and ideally experience in Automated Production and OT environment
  • Both technical prowess and business acumen to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels
  • Proficient in agile methodologies with relevant certification or experience
  • Data driven personality, i.e.: measure and analyze key performance indicators related to the product and progress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
