Übernahme der Leitung und operative Führung in der Area

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Führungskraft, der die Leitung und operative Führung in der Area übernehmen kann. Die Area umfasst die Standorte Norderstedt, Hamburg und Pinneberg. Der Kandidat sollte über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung verfügen.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Übernahme der eigenverantwortlichen Leitung und operative Führung der Area zugeordneten Standorte
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg und die Steuerung der operativen Performance in der Area
  • Einhaltung aller Carglass-Standards im technischen und administrativen Bereich
  • Arbeit an einer effizienten Arbeitsplanung und ordnungsgemäßer Rechnungsstellung
  • Unterstützung bei Anwesenheit in den Service-Centern bei der Schadenfeststellung und Beratung
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung regionaler Sales-Veranstaltungen
  • Ansprechpartner für die Abwicklung von Beschwerdefällen

Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Praxisnahe operative Kenntnisse mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Unternehmerisches und ergebnisorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Mitarbeiterorientierung und Bereitschaft, Menschen bei ihrer persönlichen Weiterentwicklung zu unterstützen
  • Kunden-, Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sichere MS-Office- und PC-Kenntnisse
