Werkstudent im First Level IT-Support

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten, der sich in unserem Team einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres IT-Servicezentrums wirst du in verschiedenen Bereichen tätig sein, wie z.B. im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support, der Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbank und der Durchführung von Softwaretests.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für IT-Serviceanfragen
  • Verantwortlich für Annehmen, Qualifizierung, Weiterleitung und selbständiges Lösen von Tickets
  • Pflege und Erweiterung der bestehenden Wissensdatenbank
  • Durchführung von Softwaretests und Erstellung von Dokumentationen
Dein Profil
  • Du bist eingeschriebener Student im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium mit IT-Bezug
  • Du bist IT-affin und hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Windows und Microsoft Office
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
