Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping our brand, driving customer engagement, and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that showcase our technology, enhance market visibility, and generate leads.
- Manage Brand Identity: Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials, maintaining our brand's unique voice and tone.
- Conceptualize and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and more, to engage our target audience.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and targeted content, including blog posts, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and other materials to educate and engage our audience.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant industry players and platforms to expand our reach and enhance our offerings.
- SEO and Website Management: Maintain our website and monitor SEO performance, seeking to improve Google rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Exceptional Communication and Writing Skills
- Strong Project Management Skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
- Native Level English is mandatory, with German language skills being a plus
- Creative Thinking and Data-Driven Mindset
- Experience in Ad Tech or Gaming Industry is a significant advantage
