Unser Onlineshop entwickelt sich zur zentralen Anlaufstelle für alle Bedürfnisse des modernen Mannes, sowohl im Badezimmer als auch darüber hinaus. Der Kunde steht bei uns stets im Mittelpunkt.

Als (Senior) Marketing Growth Strategist (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Unternehmen, das sich vom Start-Up zum Scale-Up entwickelt. Du arbeitest in einem dynamischen und engagierten Team und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Kundenakquise, was einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung der Brooklyn Soap Company leistet.

Aufgaben
  • Die Kundenakquise ist deine Leidenschaft. Mit deinem Fachwissen und deiner Erfahrung hebst du unsere Neukundenstrategie auf ein neues Niveau.
  • Du trägst die vollständige Verantwortung für Budget und Zielvorgaben in den Bereichen SEA und bezahlte soziale Medien (Meta, TikTok) und sorgst für einen positiven ROI der durchgeführten Maßnahmen.
  • Du entwickelst umfassende Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit, Reichweite und Conversion-Rate und setzt diese erfolgreich um. Dabei behältst du den gesamten Verkaufsprozess und die Customer Journey im Blick, vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Kauf.
  • Du überwachst und optimierst deine Kampagnen in Echtzeit unter Berücksichtigung der KPIs und erstellst detaillierte Leistungsberichte.
  • Du schätzt datenbasierte Optimierungen, die auf ROAS sowie CAC/CLV basieren.
  • Zusätzlich erweiterst und optimierst du den digitalen Marketing-Mix, einschließlich Influencer- und Affiliate-Marketing.
  • Du analysierst kontinuierlich deine KPIs, um die Effektivität deiner Kanäle zu bewerten und gegebenenfalls Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
Qualifikationen
  • Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Wachstum oder Performance-Marketing.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem Start-Up- oder Scale-Up-Umfeld gesammelt.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung von Wachstums- und Performance-Marketing-Strategien im D2C-Bereich mit, insbesondere in den Bereichen SEA und Social Media Advertising. Kenntnisse in Influencer- und Affiliate-Marketing sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast eine positive Einstellung.
