Deine Rolle

  • Entwickle und implementiere eine mittel- bis langfristige Landwirtschaftsstrategie, die den Unternehmenszielen und den SBTi-Zielen entspricht.
  • Koordiniere CSR-Aktivitäten mit der CSR-Abteilung und dem internationalen Beschaffungsteam.
  • Überprüfe die landwirtschaftlichen Aktivitäten auf ihre Übereinstimmung mit den Nachhaltigkeits- und Unternehmensstrategien der Lorenz-Gruppe.
  • Leite und begleite Projekte mit Landwirtschaftsbezug und fördere strategische Partnerschaften.
  • Überprüfe die Märkte auf Innovationen und halte dich über neue Technologien in der Landwirtschaft auf dem Laufenden.
  • Entwickle und fördere die Strategie für regenerative Landwirtschaft.
  • Vertrete Lorenz in externen Arbeitsgruppen zur regenerativen Landwirtschaft.
  • Überprüfe die Entwicklung von Kulturen und Technologien und leite daraus Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung ab.
  • Erarbeite Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen und stimme diese mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab.
  • Sei verantwortlich für die Risikobewertung des Lieferantenportfolios hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit.
  • Unterstütze bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (LKSG, EUDR, CSRD).

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss in Agronomie, Agrarwissenschaft, Agraringenieurwesen oder einer gleichwertigen Qualifikation.
  • 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Landwirtschaft, idealerweise auch in CSR-bezogenen Projekten und der FMCG- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.
  • Fähigkeit, starke interne und externe Netzwerke aufzubauen und mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen zu kommunizieren sowie Partnerschaften zu bilden.
  • Strategischer Denker mit einem Blick für das große Ganze und Fähigkeit, Veränderungen in der Organisation voranzutreiben.
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung.
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch, Polnisch ist von Vorteil.
