Sustainable Real Estate Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

50% Focus on strategic initiatives in Green Real Estate, including:

  • Refining and executing the Green Real Estate strategy in collaboration with operational teams
  • Establishing our market approach and supporting key tenders where Green Real Estate solutions are pivotal
  • Strategically developing new products and identifying growth opportunities
  • Overseeing strategic projects related to regulatory changes, future contract models for green offerings, standardized KPI reporting, and energy data transparency
  • Assisting in the reporting process to our Management Board and stakeholders

50% Act as a Product Owner, with responsibilities such as:

  • Crafting the vision, target objectives, and roadmap for specific Green Real Estate solutions
  • Analyzing the solution landscape (e.g., PropTech market) and selecting appropriate solutions
  • Creating business cases and financial models
  • Building partnerships and developing a network of collaborators
  • Integrating solutions into Apleona's operational frameworks
  • Promoting solutions within Apleona and to clients
  • Scaling products and formulating concepts for product operationalization

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in (strategic) management consulting, preferably with a sustainability focus
  • Proven experience as a project leader, recognized as a change agent and strategic growth driver
  • Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with proactive strategic and innovative thinking
  • Capability to develop persuasive strategic concepts for senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing complex processes and projects
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for data
  • Proficiency in English and German
