Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing our AirPlus product suite and driving its development to meet customer, merchant, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and optimize our current products based on customer feedback and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, specify, and evaluate product requirements with input from various user groups and stakeholders.
  • Be the product expert towards internal and external customers.
  • Ensure customer value and viability for your product.
  • Closely align with company-wide and international stakeholders.
  • Understand and translate market-specific conditions and requirements into a global product setup.
  • Plan, develop, and conduct trainings for customers and colleagues.
  • Plan and develop customer communications jointly with Communications.
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in business studies, economics, or business informatics. You should have a proven track record in product operations or management, preferably in the payment industry. Fluency in English and German is a must, and any other language would be beneficial.
