Deine Herausforderung

Als Supervisor/in des Guest Services in Vollzeit leitest du eigenständig die Schichten und gewährleistest den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts in unserem Welcome Center.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Vorbild für das Guest Services Team übst du exzellente Service Skills aus und stellst ein herzliches Willkommen für alle Gäste sicher.
  • Regelmäßig führst du Briefings zu unseren Marketingaktivitäten durch und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Prozesse.
  • Feedbackgespräche führen, Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung erkennen und die Motivation des Teams stets hoch halten.
  • Der Teamlead des Guest Services bei der Schichtplanung unterstützen, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten analysieren und die Wissensdatenbanken optimieren.
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Guest Services Team zusammenarbeiten, um unseren Gästen maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anbieten zu können.

Wer du bist

Wir suchen nach dir, wenn du:

  • Erfahrung in einem der Bereiche gehobener Einzelhandel, Hotellerie oder Gastronomie hast.
  • Dein Talent in der Personaleinsatzplanung und Mitarbeitersteuerung unter Beweis gestellt hast.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten besitzt.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Premium-Gästen hast.
  • Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz besitzt.
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ein gutes prozessuales Verständnis hast.
  • Vertraut bist mit den gängigen Microsoft Office-Programmen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzt.
