Deine Herausforderung

Als Supervisor/in des Guest Services in Vollzeit leitest du eigenständig die Schichten und gewährleistest den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts in unserem Welcome Center.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Als Vorbild für das Guest Services Team stellst du sicher, dass alle Gäste herzlich willkommen sind.
  • Regelmäßig führst du Briefings zu unseren Marketingaktivitäten durch und unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Prozesse.
  • Feedbackgespräche führen, Potenziale erkennen und die Motivation des Teams stets hoch halten.
  • Die Schichtplanung unterstützen, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten analysieren und die Wissensdatenbanken optimieren.
  • Maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Gäste anbieten, auch bei komplexen Anfragen.

Wer du bist

Wir suchen nach dir, wenn du:

  • Erfahrung im gehobenen Einzelhandel, der Hotellerie oder der Gastronomie hast.
  • Dein Talent in der Personaleinsatzplanung und Mitarbeitersteuerung unter Beweis gestellt hast.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten besitzt.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Premium-Gästen hast.
  • Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz besitzt.
  • Schnell auffassend und prozessual verständlich bist.
  • Vertraut bist mit Microsoft Office-Programmen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse hast.
